Current / Future Consultations

There are no current documents available for public consultation.

If agreed by the Executive on the 9th February 2010, the Land Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) and Dorking Town Area Action Plan (AAP) Discussion Papers will be available for public consultation between Wednesday 17th February and Wednesday 31st March 2010.

Adopted Documents

  • Local Development Scheme (LDS) (May 2009)

At the Council meeting on the 23rd February 2010, the Planning Policy Team are seeking agreement to adopt the:

  • Revised Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)
  • Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
  • Built-Up Area Character Appraisals (SPD)
